I’m a busy woman and I really do only have time for those who are SERIOUS and see the light with this company. I accidently stumbled upon your blog/website by trying to research Tiny Details and I must say I’m so impressed. And in reference to Ameriplan, I gave it a try but I found it very overwhelming.
And i will definitely warn everyone else and the job posting web site i found you on, scam scam scam. I just read through this entire blog .Whew! I came to this site by searching Google for “ameriplan scam” After spending the last couple hours reading this blog, I am convinced that Ameriplan is not a scam, but I am like you eddy, I prefer to not talk on the phone. I can talk on the phone and have before, but I do not enjoy it. I am a computer tech and my first computer job was working in a large tech support call center for Sprint. It was a pretty horrible job dealing with people that barely even knew they had a computer in the house,let alone knew how to turn it on.

I read on one of the responses that someone placed 50 ads in a few months with the company. Shoot…I do that on a daily basis..why? I think we can all agree that at the time of writing this article, the internet has done nothing but grow.

I’m sure you know that companies this large would not affiliate themselves with a company that was not reputable. Every company has complaints against them – every single one, including Microsoft! A good majority of the complaints about companies are from ex-employees who were terminated! I’ve also learned through my own research about various companies that it’s not how many complaints a company has – it’s how the company HANDLES those complaints. It’s always good to have intellectual debates.
Thank you for what you do to inform people when there are so many scams out there right now. I did notice that you did not call the plan a scam. So in ending I would like to say shame on you Sharon, and if this is a business that you would like to prosper in, you might look inside yourself and see where this anger is coming from. I don’t really worry about enrolling brokers any more. Just about everyone is broke and they think they can make a fortune by just having a web site. The new brokers end up quitting after 6 months.
Signing people up to become an IBO is a total pyramid scheme. I even felt like I was scheming people when talking to them. At the end of the day you have to do what’s right for you. Being the boss isn’t easy but neither is the crap you deal with at a job.
My hats off to the ones who’ve succeeded! It didn’t work for me or fit my needs but I certainly would never call it a scam. Especially since it provides a service that people need and can use. Hi Jody … I agree with Eddy here – this is a decision that YOU need to make and feel comfortable with.
I know a lot folks are trying to promote their individual programs on our blog. But it’s refreshing when you have folks like yourself that are very upfront about what to expect and not about just pumping hype or pipe dreams. Trust me when I say I’ve received and deleted a lot worst.
Too often when someone is representing a given company they only sell you the great things about it. I think reading the back and forth comments anyone can see she’s providing some balanced feedback. But at the end of the day, this is their business.
